Soft peaks baked goods
was born from a lifelong love of sweet treats, a deep appreciation for tradition, and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit. Founder Ali Gray spent over 30 years leading and consulting for mission-driven organizations before deciding to turn her creative energy toward a more delicious path: baking.
Inspired by memories of her mother and grandmother crafting traditional Jewish desserts, Ali began baking in earnest in 2024—and quickly became known as“THE baker”at her local tennis club. What started as a personal passion soon turned into something more, as she began creating cakes and cookies for birthdays, celebrations, and community events. Volunteering with Cake4Kids and completing a four-week Introduction to Baking course at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts only deepened her commitment to the craft. She has since completed a semester in the school’s Professional Pastry Program and continues to hone her skills with joy and purpose.
Soft Peaks is the expression of that joy: handmade, heartfelt baked goods that combine artistry, flavor, and a whole lot of love. Operating under a Cottage Food license in Boston and certified in food safety and allergy awareness, Ali brings professional standards to every batch she bakes. Whether you’re celebrating something big or just want to indulge in something sweet, Soft Peaks is here to make life a little more delicious.
